    April 4

    Theresa Ramos, 31, of Monroe was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for April 17.

    April 5

    Kelvin Mateovasquez, 27, of Monroe was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for May 1.

    Mark Chapman, 52, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for May 1.

    Yitzhak Fridman, 23, of Monroe was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for May 1.

    April 8

    Edward Daniel, 49, of Monroe was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for May 1.

    Theresa Ramos, 31, of Monroe was charged with leaving the scene of an auto accident with injury, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for May 1.

    Jose Flores Sanchez, 34, of Middletown was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for May 1.

    Lissette Rodriquez, 29, of Woodside was charged with the felony of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and the misdemeanors of third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and attempted petty larceny. She was released on an appearance ticket for May 1.

    Alex R. Leonardo, 24, of Monroe was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree burglary, both felonies. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Anthony J. Mazzamuto, 24, of Central Valley was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor, and released on his own recognizance.

    Luljeta Topi, 62, of Staten Island was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on her own recognizance.
