    Harriman Village Police

    March 28

    Amanda Jewell, 38, of Harriman was arrested on two bench warrants for the misdemeanors of obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, and the violation of second-degree harassment. She was arraigned and released.

    Monroe Village Police

    March 30

    Jose Mendoza, 33, of Monroe was charged with the misdemeanors of assault and criminal obstruction of breathing, and the violation of harassment. He was arraigned and released.

    April 1

    Levani Bitsadze, 52, of Monroe was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for April 17.

    April 3

    James Stevens, 38, of Harriman, was charged with third-degree attempted assault, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for April 17.

    Woodbury Town Police

    March 24

    Gerald Everton Levy, 32, of Jamaica, NY, was charged with petty larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and criminal possession of an anti-security item, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Sabeeth Altaf, 24, of Jamaica, NY, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on his own recognizance.

    Carlos Tomas Guajardo-Perez, 29, of New York City was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on his own recognizance.

    Carlos Barrera-Salazar, 25, of New York City was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on his own recognizance.

    March 27

    Michael Polloni, 32, of Highland Mills was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    March 30

    Jonath A. Peralta, 24, of Highland Mills was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

    State Police at Monroe

    March 26

    Matthew Norman, 43, of Milton, Pa., was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
