April 10
Rosa Hernandez, 25, of Monroe was charged with the misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree assault, plus a second-degree harassment violation. She was sent to Orange County Jail.
Sean Caston, 42, of Walden was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for May 1.
April 12
Giorgi Sopromadze, 39, of Monroe was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for May 1.
April 14
Levan Gamkhitashvili, 47, of Monroe was charged with operating an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for April 24.

April 4
Yosef B. Shalom, 42, of Israel was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on his own recognizance.
Daren Valentina Martinez, 22, of Ossining was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on his own recognizance.
Roman A. Castellanoszambra, 25, of Highland Mills was charged with the misdemeanors of unlawful imprisonment, third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and resisting arrest. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

Travis M. Stewart, 40, of Monroe was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and released on his own recognizance.
April 11
Hector Ruiz, 47, from Jackson Heights was charged with the felonies of second-degree forgery, second-degree possession of a forged instrument and first-degree falsifying business records, and the misdemeanors of petty larceny, criminal possession of an anti-security item, and false personation. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

Michael J. Bornhoeft, 38, of New York City was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
April 16
Edward J. Salle, 31, of Middletown was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.
